Or another bidder. I know the CML management is not as good as the Woolworth's but has a better P/E ratio. Hence room for improvement.. I think the board have stuck their delicate neck out and have to deliver, even if a few heads roll. As for the price, looks like another WMC to me. Keeping my fingers crossed. Yes the first take over offer ofcourse got the ball rolling.
