Rolf the information being share regarding the update from SI is fact.

The judges require additional time to ensure they can work through the way in which the SI Gov handled the original tender process.

The fact all 5 questions got thrown out and its appears AVQ has done everything by the book is encouraging.

It will depend on how the judges view the SI Gov handling of the original SMM tender process and how they would mitigate any further legal action coming from SMM cause by any final judgement made.

Don't expect SMM to lay down and until we hear it from RM mouth that all is clear you should expect anything could occur, especially with this stock.
