Seriously, they are targeting a max of 40boepd after workovers. currently 25, after spending how much?, doing stuff all for 3 years.

Have a separate GM and office in Kentucky, and after royalties they might get $1m revenues pa.

Any chance of a net profit will be eaten by G&A.
What's the real ROI here including lease holding costs, and including the past years of a dribbling flow rate not even breaking even.

Waste of time.
Sell it and put the money into getting Pathfinder actually earning its way.
