    Whislt a stock is in a trading halt/pre open no orders et executed. BUT you can place/amended/cancel orders Hence why there is a indicative price showing.

    in all most all cases when a stock enteres a trading halt you wont see any orders get place or the indicative price change until the announcement is released to the market.
