Although... I did notice in the latest presentation, on the slide listing JKA's corporate history, the last entry was something like "September 2013 - announcement pending" in bright red letters...
So there could be another deal imminent. Guess we'll see in the next few weeks.
It's all kind of pointless if HW-3 doesn't get a result, though.
