The shorting remains fairly constant by the looks of it around the 9 million share mark.

If redemption on market needed to be done quickly for some reason, the share price would not be what it is today.

A party got badly burnt when the share price rapidly rocketed and had to buyback shorted shares on market up to ten dollars.

I do not think Wayne McCrae would shed any tears if this was to occur again after what shorting has done to the CuDeco share price .
