    bad call to hook up with chinese backed company at the company... they always try to push up valuation using staged investment... noone use 5% investment to determine the rest 95% valuation no more.... luckin coffee scandal and all other chinese listed Nasdaq and around world really come to the spot light right now with the chinese covid scandal imo
