IMO you are right about the Unknown variable here which is hence the TRANSPARENCY issues that everyone has talked about, ie: everyone always having to guess and assume.

From my perspective having been through what we all have been through, even if projects are a 50/50 JV, when coming down to the costs I have the Suspicion that URAN would be up for 100% cost just to make this 50%, IMO.

Why?
Well, as the Ukraine and its politics Migrate into western ways, chances are they will bring with them some of their Old Ways of thinking.

Sure, I have my suspicions of course and I would not be surprised which ever way those Goverment/wanna be private types go.

But then, I have my suspicions about Kate Hobbs and PR too.
