Those points are not defamatory comments. However alot of other points/comments you have raised over the past few weeks are. Character assassinating management in a public place (eg HC) is not a smart thing to be doing - particularly when you are basing your allegations on non factual information.

To put it in plain English for you: you cant insult, abuse, accuse etc a a person publically based on an opinion. Your allegations have not been proven in a Court hence anything you say is an opinion - not a fact.
