Market depth is purged by the ASX whenever a company goes ex anything. eg. ex dividend, ex bonus issue etc.

Today Monday 14th MXR went ex-bonus-isue, which means you should have bought on Friday to be eligible to receive the MXROB bonus options.

If you don't understand the relationship between ex-date and entitlements you should contact your broker to learn more.

The Record date is simply a date on which the share registry should reflect all beneficial owners of shares at the end of the CUM date, accounting for any issues to do with settlement. It is not necessarily T+3.

In summary: you must have purchased shares on market on or before the day before the ex-date to be eligible. You can see on-or-after the ex-date and still be entitled to the bonus issue.

If you don't know the ex-date contact your broker well ahead of time. They should have this information readily available.
