So did I, but I was not expect they'd hold us in limbo for an hour on account of COE's presentation and/or audio bullcaste.

Seems we were right. Still seen nothing in the pitch that looks at all enticing to anyone. It just doesn't add value, in fact a fear severe value destruction from an operations inexperienced COE management team.
