In this market I"d also consider CASH, nothing but CASH.
However I doubt anything less than $1.50 would me to part.
Depends a bit on when you get the cash. Right NOW you could buy up other screaming buys, but in 2 or 3 months they may easily be 30%, perhaps 50% higher.
This market is both about CASH and about NOW, people only want instant cash gratification.
Meanwhile we have this Claytons bid from a tiny operationally unproven management team, who have delusions of running operations on 5 continents, including a complex mature field of which they may have little technical or operational understanding. No doubt they'd manage to retain some of IPM's people, for while at least, but...
