IPM incremental petroleum limited

My point is the price of oil is percieved as being low however...

    My point is the price of oil is percieved as being low however it is due to rise mid to long term depending on which analyst you read that is between december 2008 and mid 2010 I am an investornot a trader and am quite prepared to rise out the temporary negativity
