    OK I see your point.

    if COE acquired IPM assets that are undervalued, and we agree that COE assets are also undervalued, (even when you exclude the overseas portfolio) why would IPM shareholders want to sell. That the part I dont get in this debate. Surely you dont think MS is a poor manager do you.
