I not sure if you can say the market doesn't like it, I think its just consolidating .... those who see it as a dilution get out, those who see it as beneficial in the event of a discovery... get in . The timing is perfect, within days/weeks wpl will make their next move in Kenya....I think pcl/afrex would be aware of the answer and have acted in prep of the next step forward.
