The sellers have probably come from the placement at 14 cents. These guys don't know the company and will sell for scraps.
Good riddance and the sooner the better.
The PCL Afrex deal adds a further 50 % to PCL over and above the shares issued. The shares which were worth 20 cents last week are worth 30 cents now.
I wish I had funds to buy more.
