If something was 'afoot behind the scenes' why do you think that MW still holds? Are they keeping it a secret from him, or do you think he is selling? Or did you mean something else entirely?
I don't think the MOU issue you talk about is an 'excuse'. The banks didn't want it for 'x' reason. The portal avoids 'x' reason. Seems fairly straightforward. And as for being a smokescreen...I don't understand what you mean. Is it not real? Because David Goodwin seemed to appreciate the substance of the thing.
I don't think the large unrequited MOU went through 18/19 steps of quality checking for kicks, they obviously have an interest in the product.
