the interesting thing is that gpt doesn't have any significant debt refinancing until Oct 2010
about 18 months
If the company doesn't have to sell assets then they don't have to sell them at 40% discount
it seems the regular asset valuations indicate only 15% declines
wonder if aitken is right?
