    Shareholders/stockwatchers,

Facts that support or deny the current BFC share price.
BFC revenue never exceeds Expenses. BFC raises Capital because the business operations nver produce free/surplus cash. BFC gravitates from one new idea to another and burns shareholder funds.
I am not disputing the past track record of the company but I believe you are ignoring the more recent facts which aims to help you judge the true performance of the company going forward. Here are a few facts for your recollection:
    1. milk prices set to decline in FY24 vs FY232. Is this correct. Processors have yet to announce new season prices. Guess is declared will be marginally down but actual paid will remain at or near todays level.
    2.
Mozzarella prices stable (refer to recent DA prices).Correct but below BFC Factory cost. BFC Factory cost is approx $8.50kg
    3. Lactoferrin prices increasing. Aus has an over supply. Have a look at IMF packers ex Aus into China and China buying of Lactoferrins. Spot price is approx $300kg. BFC was hoping for $1500kg
    4. Whey protein prices stable (albeit at a low base). This one was a hidden goldmine in BFC - check all past BFC announcements Whey Powder - never mentioned. Now a braekeven product. BFC is Aus only Whey Powder maker.
    5. Additional Lactoferrin capacity being installed (refer to recent CR details) and BFC sold over 20tons of it in FY23 (refer to their last announcement). Aus has oversupply - Saputo, Bega, Noumi and BFC. Fonterra in NZ
.6. Over 15-16,000 tons of Mozzarella produced. If BFC processes 160m litres of Milk BFC has no other use for Milk other than Mozz. Market determines the price not BFC. BFC is a price taker.
    7. OPEX reduced at H1 FY23 vs H1 FY22the current SP is an outcome of poor liquidity and far too much concentration on the hands of few (see Regal sell off recently). Management finally has the Mozz plant operating properly. Efficiencies are good BUT most if not all products are loss makers. BFC is a PRICE TAKER across the board.
personally I just believe that this is a grossly undervalued company… Try to recruit 160ML of milk in SA these days and see how much you will pay for it! Correct but how does BFC keep 160m litres of Milk if it can't pay for it???????????????????

    HELP
