I smell a less than stellar quarter and another dilution on the way. This NXS board is a bunch of bloody idiots! This is a classic startup mistake, the founder brings in his friends who are unable to successfully build a company. I spoke with a lady who worked at NXS Aussie headquarters who referred to the founders friends as the Medtronic Misfits. Apparently they all worked together at a local division of Medtronic and were not very good at their jobs. Lack of sales was never a problem with the sales force, always the fact the product was just not easy to sell, requires significant doctor hand holding. Good products sell themselves. No raving fans of NXS products. The staff in Jacksonville is very difficult to deal with. Judy was incompetent and should have fired the misfits her first day on the job. A special thanks to Judy for running the company into the ground. Let IV replace the misfits with some talent from Depuy and you'll see the profit!
