    Pertinent questions, Awkward.

    Just thinking with you; It appears that BOOM2 has only recently gone live with CBA. (Therefore Lilly and Klip and AI is only just being introduced to the market).

    I’m getting increasingly infuriated by management’s communication.

    If management are happy to communicate avidly during the good times, make podcasts, go on roadshows, go on Peak TV and talk up Intiger...then they should continue the same level of communication during stagnant or troubling times, surely?

    I wonder if Patrick Canion’s ego is too fragile? He becomes defensive on difficult questioning, and deems all shareholders to be trolls.

    Any sailor captain can navigate a ship in calm waters out of the harbour whilst the sun shines and the seagulls circle and feast on chips, but I want my captain to steer when the storms arrive, the waters are choppy and the ship is getting buffeted by waves when in the deep far-out ocean, miles from shore.

    Patrick Canion does not seem to be able to do this.

    There doesn’t appear to be a consistent method behind his statements;

    (eg) AI was mentioned out of the blue last year, and yet left out of the recent quarterly (automation was the adopted word of use).

    (eg) He recently states the recent capital raise is great news for shareholders, and cannot seem to fathom how it may not seem this way to all shareholders.

    In maths class, it was always important to “show your working out” in how one came to the solve the equation.

    Currently, I feel blind, and uninformed. I’m increasingly forced to “read between the lines” and “keep the faith”.

    I’m not saying PC and Intiger won’t be a roaring success. I’d like to think it probably has great days ahead.

    But my faith is running thinner and thinner, and now hanging by the phrase “You don’t know what we know”.

    We’re currently miles out from shore and we need the captain to steer us through these storms.

    Good luck to us.
