Yes it is disappointing with the whole situation and as minority shareholders only hold 37% of shares and 75% of vote needed to close the deal I don't think we have much chance of saving this company.
I am a long time holder from IPO in 2011 with 750,000 shares and think we are going to get short changed,so I am prepared to vote no to get it's true value on the table
Remember that its 75% of eligible voting shareholders (in number, not based on shareholding). Ie. I have the same voting power as either of the 2 major holders.
Personally don't believe it gets to that. I doubt that the independent BOD will support this at this price, and they need to for a SOA. If the BOD don't support it then they need to go hostile but that needs to be through an ordinary takeover etc rather than via a SOA.
