at the moment i feel share price value could be achieved via continuing to raise earnings and the dividend past 2cps. The issue now is avoiding being taken out at 0.35 with our major holders willing to accept at 35. Currently the market doesnt 100% price this bid as going through so if you are a firm believer then eventually the company may make it out alive to continue trading. Otherwise it's a good 2c arbitrage by buying in now. At risk is bigger gains if you hold out for a potential bid lapse and being able to buy at much lower pricing e.g the old circa $0.25.
Ideally i hope we realise a 1.5 c divvy for 1H2019 And either a bid failing or something closer or better to $0.45.
will be interesting seeing managements decision once the IER is known. Given how close we are to the xmas shutdown for accounting firms i don't like our chance of getting it by end of next week.... But fingers crossed....
