Well Westhx our car industry was bleeding billions every year for a long time so you can either continue throwing money down a plughole or look at it rationally . But sure it does impact overall across a few areas.
I think everyone's starting to think like you and being one of those who doesn't think the world's going to end there's probably some value appearing in our market if ,as you say ,you're selective.
Anyone with any common sense knew that the day was coming when the penny would drop and everyone would wonder how on earth any country is ever going to repay its debt.
Once that mindset is accepted I wouldn't necessarily think that everything will just cark it and give up . There are lots of measures ,some of them left field ,but if the world's governments agreed ( tough I know ) it could turn things around .
I'm fairly relaxed about where markets are ,I wouldn't assume anything just because the whole world has turned negative. These are traditionally times when opportunities arise
