The work carried out on the tenement concentrated on assessing the alluvium and colluvium
towards the south within Sandy Creek. A number of drill holes and auger holes were drilled on
three E-W lines. Values from this work were very promising. Land-based surveys to the north of
this area revealed high basement and very little alluvium development.
