The market hates surprises - which this is one. I would expect a wobbly month, and may firm towards the end of the month. The notice also makes mention that the agreement has not actually been signed with Delong, because it says "The original contract remains in full effect until the new agreement is signed". Ie. the new agreement is not signed... which means that the original agreement is in default due to non-payment.

Will wait and watch.
