    Not really a surprise if you know about dealing with the chinese, as shrewd and slippery as you can get in business. the money is NEVER in the bag with them until its in the bank vault and the vault is sealed. they do business differently in asia ....and if you dont play accordingly, they will eat you up and spit you out..thanks for coming.
