Same management, but WLE invests in the big end of town which isn't really Wilson's forte and has less opportunities for outperformance I think. Wilson's key strength is in researching and investing in small to medium sized companies (which WAM & WAX invest in). While I'm happy to hold WLE at its current price, I don't see it ever getting to the 20%+ premiums that WAM & WAX trade at. It will be interesting to see how their new microcap fund (WMI) does in its first few weeks.
