Looking on google I cannot see the significance of these two tiny tenements of JD. They look like they are so far away from all the units that have been concentrated on Why is it that everybody feels we need these tenements now. The only reason I can see for it is to strengthen JD's influence on GWR These tenements have been valued at very little in the past and ignored by FAS and GWR boards in the past and their options on it lapsed
I feel these tenements can be bought later if it seems like they are needed for GWR welfare We do not need to be diluting shareprice or paying needed cash for them at this stage IMO
