I can not see the benefit of siding with FAS. Talk about further dilution of our capital. If that idea had any merit, we would have taken FAS' offer earlier this year. Clearly it was not in our interest, otherwise they would have already picked up my 6 figure parcel of stock.

I will vote for Portman representation over leaving FAS aligned GWR management. If Con was doing what is in the interest of us other shareholders, why has he not released the upgrade? He was on his way to manipulating the success of the FAS bid from within...as it failed externally. But then Portman saw and opportunity and have spoilt his tea party.
