    Q: Would you want to keep the price down for Portmans or keep it down on the chance another old player discovers instant cash to fund it....If the ore is there,and the rigs have been for "how long",keeping the results processed can only favour the situation...... Come to the table with something is where it fell apart last...The people want to eat.
