it doesn't really matter how sound MEO is right now, the overall market is dictating the pace, with drops accross the board. Until the market finds a bottom all specie stock will fall the hardest.
Definately a time to stop looking at the screens and put your shares away if you have the equity to cover any further downward movement.
The real question is how far will the market go?
