IMO producing a revised set of accounts is not the issue. The issue is where do the relatively small number of controlling shareholders want to take the company next and how will they benefit the most form the chosen direction.

They clearly have brought in top legal advisors at all shareholders expense to fix a very serious wrong doing.

In the meantime they have access to funds to keep producing videos which, regardless of their chosen direction, is paramount to continuing in any of their current geographical markets either as a public OR private company.
