Its been in suspension for just on 10 weeks.

In that time we know they have replaced the Chairman, replaced a board member, replaced the company secretary. We know they have engaged a new accounting firm and a new legal firm for enhanced governance.We assume they are also working on releasing new accounts (restated how far back we do not know), working on satisfying ASIC and working on satisfying ASX. We also assume that normal day to day business has been continued in a number of countries.

To be fair, that is a lot to contend with in a short period of time.

We need to remain patient however I agree that an indicaion of what is happening and probable or expected time frames for releasing of information and requotation should now be provided to share holders. Just my opinion.
