2. Evidence that FC capital has not sold shares
I direct you to look at post #31498399 by OBK on 3/3/18.
This gives a list of large shareholders as at 27/2/18 (BIG shares were suspended well before this date).
Number 11 on the list!
Is that enough evidence for you?
3. Major investor purchased more shares
ASX announcement 1/12/17.
If you think he had no knowledge of any inner workings at BIG, then I would make you aware that this shareholder was the one who recommended (and was voted on at an AGM, no doubt supported my management) the appointment of Rothsay auditors. The purchase was also after the formal agreement with FC was completed.
He was also a holder of unlisted options, so not just your average sit in the background major shareholder.
If you were a major shareholder would you be in direct and regular contact with management? I doubt he was blindsided by the February revelations.

All these points are irrelevant.
This basketcase, if it ever does relist, will be trading at about 10% it's last price on reopen. It really doesn't take so long to produce financial statements unless there are serious problems with their compliance.
