    I was going to ask the same thing haha. Not even trying to argue the point, I am genuinely interested to know.

    I would think any fines for non-disclosure can be addressed while the company is trading. I thought that all questions from the ASX were answered as well. I would prefer everything to be addressed before trading commences. There would be nothing worse than relisting then being suspended again.
