Sorry, I don’t follow. Businesses will create content and upload it to where? What will the process be for BIG to add value?
The few customer reviews I have seen have been people basically waving a phone around taking videos of walls.
Video testimonials need to be moderated not to sort out the positive from the negative but to curate the bad, boring and crap from the acceptable. Otherwise if users just see endless poor quality reviews the app will be deleted.
Video on mobiles has been around for years yet I am not aware of a single video review app that has been successful because of the above issues. However, and I mean this, I am happy to be proved wrong.
Somethings just don’t work and that is why nobody is in that space.
