I agree prawn either way there will be dilution, it has to happen to go forward.
Looking at the top 20 there are quite a few holding substantial amounts of options and i believe they would be longer term holders. These guys also have substantial amounts of the heads and could quite easily influence the sp. Now it would be in their best interest to exercise the options and have greater holdings in a company that would now(if exercised) have a very nice sized cash balance going forward.
Now wouldnt a company with a big bank balance be a good company to invest in with the quality projects that they have?
I believe so and are confident that the options will be exercised and will be invested for the longer haul while the positives keep flowing in.
