UOS united overseas australia limited

market is starting to recognise the value

Some investors are starting to realise the value of this ridiculous cheap property developer. Share price is tracking upwards nicely (albeit illiquidly).

The thing that gives me most confidence about UOS is this: They have a long history of growing shareholder value, with minimal risk. Trading at a fraction of fair value on ANY MEASURE YOU LIKE. book value, ROI, pe, div yield, eps growth. DYOR

But more importantly, with over $200m of contracted sales YET TO BE BILLED on projects soon to be completed (most of them this qtr, I believe), the forwards earnings visibility is there.

Like any propoerty developer with big projects, earnings are 'lumpy' due to project completion times. Even based on historical averages, UOS is very cheap. But they are about due for a 'big lump' in their large lumpy earnings :)

As a contrarian investor, this is the sort of company I love. Unrecognised by the market, dirt cheap, VERY conservative gearing, and great management. And cashed up when others are seeking debt refinancing.

And I know almost no one will read this. It is just a handful of us investors in UOS, and the tumbleweeds! sobeit. :)

disclosure: I continue to buy, and will not be selling this side of 35-40 cents (+100% of current price).

    Happy researching...
