BHP RIO VALE + GINA may announce a freeze to expansion..anytime ..the price gets toooo low.
when they do freeze expansion ..China will still be growing Demand by 7% pa ..while Production is stalling Worldwide ..stagnant production growth in 2015/16 and Yet China DEMAND for IO is up 14% by then ..from today .
market is underestimating fmg, page-59
