Debt facility of $22 million will limit equity raising requirements. Remember that previous capital raised has been spent on long lead time items.
Remaining equity raising will probably be given to magna no doubt as they've been long standing supporters of CCU which is a good thing as they've paid a premium on the last 2 raisings to get a good stake in the company.
