I think there should be some great buying oppertunities in the coming weeks. Most people should of had a nice pile of cash waiting for this to happen. It's been two years since we had a healthy clean out.
My concerns are for what is happening in the UK and Europe, it is really starting to slow down. The high cost of energy and electricity is starting to effect future growth of the area. As an example the power prices for the home owner has risen 25% since the start of the year.
Who remembers stagflation?
