Yes sometimes on the buy side such as today and sometimes on the other side - don't know that it achieves much but might signify a large player in the market.
More importantly let's hope that we're past the 14c seller - he has certainly had a fistfull to unload.
It's heartening to see the buy side continually filling up - a solid base has now been built for a move past 15c.
