The fact that it appears to be a frivolous court action by the Big Mac and the Fries......against PDY and Also the supposed , leaked to the Media, Board take over, which the company has no news of. I pose the question ...is this blatant market manipulation or is it something more sinister a form of extortion......both of which could possibly be seen in some circles as maybe being illegal. If by Big Macs action the company lost considerable SP value ...say $10 to $20 million would He be PERSONALLY liable, if it was considered Frivolous ???? I ask this as I am not a Lawyer , just a long suffering shareholder who has had to endure the Big Macs leadership which saw my share percentage tumble due to his diligence in fascilitating the dilution of the stock >>>>>>> ??????????
