I have rung them
before and they took action! A few months ago when mr dodo was around. If you have evidence then just call them. Tell them you have a group of shareholders who are willing to voice their complaints as well and if you get teo or three people ringing even better. For me just one call and they acted.
But note this is happening across more than rni at the moment.
