Theres a lot of shares floating around now that have been traded off at a much higher price, this is going to hold back a quick appreciation as many will just want money back now i think it will be stuck sub 60c for a while unless some pretty substantial news but given the chip has just come out and they plan on further testing and software development i think its to early to be signing substantial deals in the short term. Who knows though if you want to get to the market with a new product you will be signing straight up.
