Too many people on HC still believe in monsters under the bed. Algos, small trades etc are not manipulation (even though it is a convenient excuse for explaining something you don't understand). Some might be, but it would be less than 0.0001%. I guess it's human nature to blame things we find difficult to understand on some evil mysterious force; for centuries humans have created mythical creatures to explain the unexplainable (until science provided facts for them).
