I suspect trying to put a buy order in more than 10% of the last transaction share price. Commsec don't seem to like some stocks at certain price points being driven up by a single buyer. Too big a move looks sus. You may have tried to buy when the only shares available were 1.3c?
If you were a big broker ... No problem ... It is just the small fry they impose rules on :-(. Unfair as usual.
