Market Misinformation?

The market announcement dated 1 June 2021 with the subject line - Update on seeking United States FDA approval and market entry by ex Managing Director, Darren Lurie and endorsed by then OIL Board members, Graeme Mutton and Phil Currie is misleading, in my opinion and perhaps should be considered by the regulator:
'The Company has continued to work closely with the Melbourne Dental School (“MDS”) in relation to the dosing study (“Dosing Study”) and the elements of the clinical study being carried out at MDS which will form part of the 510(k) Application (“Clinical Study”). The Dosing Study has been completed and the Clinical Study is expected to complete in the final quarter of 2021. Preparation of the 510(k) Application has commenced and will be completed once the Requirements and Clinical Study are finalized.'
This announcement has been authorised for release by the Board of OIL.
The review by the new Board indicates that the oral cancer sudy reports, which Lurie indicated were due Q4 2021, are some time away and that the FDA approval application is not as advanced (in fact, not even commenced) as the previous Board cohort was given to advise shareholders and the market generally.
I am unable to find any subsequent announcements that provide material updates on the 1 June 2021 announcement that contradict the timeline in that announcement.
Perhaps the silence of Luriie et al. in regard to market announcements over the past six months is an indication by them that they were concerned at the consequences of further market misinformation?
The new MD is a much needed breath of fresh air.
