In your comprehensive list of market headwinds you left out the strength of the $A. This must be a disincentive for potential overseas investors and a huge temptation for existing o/s investors to cash in Aussie stocks and convert those $A's into a weaker currency.
Its just hard to imagine how anything except the most mind blowing good news could move the price of any stock significantly upwards in this environment.
Add to that we'll probably see some end of financial year selling to crystalise tax losses.
In that case I'm happy if we dont announce anything until July.
